- Return your dough into the fridge to rest for 15 minutes
- After resting, roll out your dough to around 2 centimeters thick and cut out your desired scones and place them in your baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Optional Step:- You may return your cut out scones into the fridge for 10 minutes to rest.
