  18. Prepare 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  23. Prepare 2 tsp hot chilli sauce

  27. Prepare 1/2 cup onion and tomato finely chopped
  28. Get 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  29. Get to taste Salt
  30. Make ready 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  31. Take 1 tsp Coriander fnely chopped
  32. Get Extra ingredients:
  33. Get 1 cup Grated cheese
  34. Get 1 cup Chopped spring onion
  35. Take 1/2 cup Pasta sauce
  36. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make Burrito Filled Ravioli:
  1. For dough take maida salt and eggs into a broad bowl.Mix them and make a dough. Once well to form smooth dough.my eggs were large so I required two eggs. You can always adjust eggs as dough should me made with eggs only. Knead for 5 mins. Wrap with cling film and put into refrigerator until used.
  2. For Rice. Take a non stick pan. Heat oil. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Add onion chopped capsicum, corn and spring onion mix well.saute for 2 mins. Add sauce and rice. Mix well cook for 2 mins,rice is ready. Keep aside for future use.
  3. For refried beans take non-stick pan. Heat oil add garlic and chilli flakes. Add spring onion and saute for one minute. Add tomatoes salt and red chilli powder and cook until tomatoes are soft. Now add mashed Rajma, spicy sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add little water if Rajma seems so dry.
  4. To make salsa in a bowl add chopped onions tomatoes. Add salt chilli lemon juice coriander and mix well. You can add chopped green chillies if you wish to.
  5. Now take out the dough from freeze and roll it to make thin rotis. Cut out squares out of it. 5 of 3 inches and 5 of 2.5 inches.
  6. Now place rice mixture on small squares, kidney beans,salsa and cheese. Cover with large sqaures. Seal with water and fork. Keep all raviolis aside for 10-15 mins.
  7. Boil on hot boiling water with salt and oil for 7-8 mins or untill cooked.
  8. Take out all raviolis and place in plate to cool.down.
  9. In a non-stick pan heat oil.add garlic and chilli flakes. Add remaining salsa and mix well. Add pasta sauce mix well and cook for another minute. Add boiled raviolis. Stirr well. Serve hot with chopped spring onion.
