  1. Make ready 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  2. Get 1 packages Wonton wrapers
  3. Take 1/2 cup Mozerella cheese
  4. Get 1/4 cup Parmisan cheese
  5. Get 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  6. Get 1 Water

In a large nonstick skillet heat butter and oil, over medium heat and add onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms. Align another won ton skin over each one on the board; firmly press edges together to seal. If desired, trim edges slightly with a zigzag ravioli cutter. Drop a few ravioli at a time into the boiling water.

Instructions to make Won ton ravioli:
  1. Mix cheeses and parsley together.
  2. Place wonton wraper on clean plate. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in middle of wraper.
  3. Wet your finger and wet all the edges of wonton wraper. Fold up to a triangle. Pinch edges closed.
  4. Bring salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli for about 3 minutes. Drain water.
  5. Top with your favorite pasta sause.
  6. I added chopped baby bella mushrooms to mine. You could add cooked spinach or any kind of meat.
  7. Do not freeze them! I tried to and they just fell apart when I boiled them.
