- Works as a filling for burritos and i added cheese in the end. Monterey Jack. And i topped burritos with verde sauce and cheddar cheese. Also good topping for nachos.
My taco seasoning mix had corn starch in it so I needed extra water. This is a great filling for burritos or to top nachos. Stuffed with steak, chicken, chorizo, rice and beans, then topped with avocado slices and smothered in three sauces: green tomatillo, creamy cheese. Cheese nachos topped with ground beef, chicken & beans covered with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream & pico de gallo. Flour tortillas rolled around beef filling and topped with burrito & cheese sauce.
