  5. pour salsa over tortillas and meat or you can put in a bowl to dip into later your choice
  6. shred brick of cheese on top of chips, meat and salsa
  7. put cookie sheet in oven until cheese is melted about 5-10 Mins depending how much cheese you added
  8. pull out of oven and add all of your desired toppings on top and in the center put a large dollop of sour cream and enjoy
