- Add some butter of oil dries up this also adds some flavour. Continue cooking by adding the peppers. Immediately after peppers add spinach and cook till it wilts.
- While spinach is cooking, in a separate bowl beat the eggs and kilt. Rerun the bacon to the spinach mix, stir it in. Then add the eggs. Swirl pan around so egg moved into pockets.
- Place on the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. ๐๐๐
