  5. Add pasta and stir.
  6. Add egg mixture and stir to spread evenly in pan.
  7. Cover, and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat until the sides of the omelet release easily.
  8. Take a plate, and flip the omelet.
  9. Slide back into pan and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan and garnish with parsley. Can be served hot or cold.
