  7. Insert a tooth pick to check if the cake is ready.A clean tooth pick indicates it's well baked.
  8. Demould the cake and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hrs before icing.
  9. For icing take whipping cream and blend it with a beater till it forms soft peaks. Add chocolate powder or melted chocolate and chocolate essence.
  10. Cut the cake into 2-3 layers. Moist the cake with sugar syrup on each layer.Decorate it with all your heart.
