- Bring to boil and add cocoa powder….then cook fo 2 to 3 minutes then add chocolate and cook for 5 minutes…..now add gelatin to bloom…cook for more 2 to 3 minutes until condensed and glaze will be ready…. don't over cook after adding gelatin…it will be like rubber….
- Now glaze ur cake by placing your cake on rack then.. sprinkle some chocolate shaves…
