- Warm up fresh cream a little then add chopped dark chocolate and butter mix continously for 2-3 minutes.
- Put a layer of chocolate ganache and spread evenly then set another layer and cover the cake with chocolate ganache.spread well and decorate with a chocolate flower..
- Keep it in fridge for 2 hours.
- Chocolate cake is ready.
