  3. Remove chicken from cooking pot to a bowl. In the same pot Add half of rice at the bottom. Add Chicken on top and cover with remaining rice. Add Biryani Masala and cook on minimum heat for 20 mts. If you have a defuser for stove use it. You don't want rice to stick to the bottom.
