Add 2 Tbsp hot water. Cover the pan with the lid. Wait for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp hot water again. Cover the pan again. Add another 2 Tbsp hot water. Once again, cover the pan with the lid.
  3. Turn off the heat. Let the pan rest on top of the stove for 1 minute. Uncover the lid. Heat the pan again over medium high heat until the dumplings’ bottom parts become crispy. Do the same with the rest of the dumplings.
