- Boil water, add tomatoes, onion, bayleaf, cashew, cloves, cardamon,, cinnamon, garlic, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Cool it. Grind it.
- Heat butter, add grated ginger, cook for a while, add gravy, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, cream, sugar, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, mix it properly, cook the gravy till oil comes out.
- Add tikka pieces into gravy, mix it. Cover with lid. Cook for 10 min.serve hot.
