- Now fry the marinated chicken (same as chicken tikka)
- For the gravy II preparation, add the gravy II ingredients into the stock gravy (gravy I) and cook for a while.
- Once its cooked, add the fried chicken pieces to the gravy and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish it with Coriander leaves and Fresh cream.
- Top it up with a slice of butter and serve hot!
