  12. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli slits and cook.
  13. Add tomato ketchup/sugar and all the dry spices except garam masala and kasuri methi.
  14. Mix well and let it cool for 2-3 min.
  15. Add cream (or butter and milk) and mix well.
  16. Add kasuri methi and garam masala.
  17. Add the chicken pieces and cook for a minute.
  18. Serve hot with rice/paratha/naan!
