While the pasta is cooking, whisk the milk and flour together in a bowl, then pour into a saucepan, bringing it to a boil, stirring constantly. - In another sauce pan add 1 cup of milk. Heat on medium until just beginning to steam.
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk and the flour. Wisk until well blended. Add to heated milk and whisk until creamy.
- Add cheeses, salt, and dry mustard to milk. Stir until cheese is fully melted. Keep on stove on low, to stay warm.
- Boil pasta as directed on box. Drain and put in a large bowl.
- Add cheese sauce and mix.
- Reheat chicken and add to pasta. Mix together and serve.
