  3. . - Step 3 FOR BOIL RICE: - Rice – 750 gm - Bay leaf – 1 - Salt – 1 tbsp - Cloves – 5 - Cinnamon sticks – 3 - Black pepper – 5 - Green cardamoms – 5 - Cumin seeds – ½ tsp - Boil rice with above masala and drain water
  4. FOR Garnishing - Onion – 1 - Oil – 1 cup - Take a pan, put cooked meat, then add yogurt mixture, then boiled rice and on top pour fried onion with oil (Take a pan, put oil, put onion and fry until golden brown), and put on dum for 20 minutes. - Serve with salad and raita
