The ingredients needed to make Mexican Briyani:
  1. Take 2 Cups Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 1/2 hour)
  2. Get 500 gms (mix Vegs Cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower peas)
  3. Prepare 2 big Onions
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  6. Take 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Briyani masala powder
  8. Get as required whole garam masala
  9. Take as required oil
Instructions to make Mexican Briyani:
  1. In a Sepri put little Oil when heating put whole garam masala(tezpatta cloves big Elachi dalchin), then put Rice and Salt,water.when Rice is half cooked and drained out the extra water from chaval and keep aside
  2. In Kadai put Oil when heating put slit green chillies and chopped Onions when it is slightly pink, then put all Veggies and saute it and cover the Kadai for few minutes till it's done, then put all Spices and salt
  3. Lastly mx with cooked rice and mix with colour (I put green and orange) and garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi and serve with Curd, papad and yummy it taste
