  7. Heat oil in the pan. Add the ground spices and then add the dry fruit puree. Keep on mixing it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Then add the tomato and onion puree. Keep on stirring this for next 20 min. Add a little pieces of the fried gram flour circles and cottage cheese.
  8. In a bowl sprinkle some coriander leaves and then fried onions. Then start layering the biryani in the way you love. Once it is set keep a plate on the top and give this a flip.
