  12. Take 2 tbsp ghee or refined oil
  13. Take ~ sabut garam masala like Kali mirch,laung, elaichi, dalchini
  14. Prepare 1 tejpata
  15. Get 1 cup fresh dahi

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add 1 tej pata and sabut garam masala. Fry 2 min in med heat.
  2. Then add chopped garlic and fry till the rawness goes. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. Now bring the masala to one side of the pan and add zeera and let it splutter.
  4. Add a little water and fry. now add dahi, turmeric,salt and fry and add the cut Veggies, soya chunks. Cover and cook till half done.
  5. Add soaked rice and water.Cover and cook till done. Put the grated ginger and mix well. Garnish with mint leaves. Biriyani is ready to serve. - Thanks ☺
