  7. Keep out veggies from pan add sm more ghee
  8. Mix spinach puree in half portion of rice
  9. Add bay leaves layer veggies then plane rice sprinkle onion Julian and Garam masala then veggie then spinach rice
  10. Sprinkle Garam masala and onion Julian
  11. Repeat 1more tym
  12. Cover the lid for 5mnts
  13. After mnts take a bowl put burning coal pour ghee on the coal set in the middle of biryani pan &cover the lid
  14. Garnish with fried onions and serve with Raita..
