Steps to make Veg biryani:
- Wash and drain the basmati rice
- Add rice, water and a spoon of salt in cooker, take 3 Weisel. Your rice is 80% cooked now
- Now take a kadai add oil in it. Put it on the medium flam
- Now when the oil is heated add jeers, long and bay leaf to it
- Now add sliced onion to it and when onion become brown add chopped tomatoes to it
- Now add garlic ginger and green chilli paste to it
- Add salt as per taste, chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi powder, cinnamon, black pepper and ilychi powder to it
- When oil comes on the tip of this mixer add boiled peace, boiled carrot prices and paneer which is shallow fried in ghee. Don't mix these veggies just put them in the foam of layer.
- Now put boiled rice as a second layer on it
- To make third layer spread coriander and cashews which are fried in ghee on it
- Now cover the kadai. Put a big size tava on another burner and blow the burner to the sim
- Put the kadai on this tava. After approx 1/2 hour flam will come out from the kadai. Switch off the burner at that time.
- Your veg biryani is ready. You can serve it with veg rayta
