  7. In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process
  8. Sprinkle ghee all over it
  9. Spread coriander leaves and mint leaf and cook it covered for five min
  10. Garnish it with fried onion and serve it with onion raita
