  4. Heat water in a pan. Put 1 tbsp oil in it. When the water boils put rice in it and cook till half done. Strain the rice and keep aside.
  5. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Arrange half paneer marinade in the bottom then layer half cooked rice. level it. repeat the process.
  6. Now sprinkle chopped mint and coriander leaves, fried onions, capsicum and kewara water.
  7. Seal it with a foil. Put the lid over it.
  8. Heat an old tava(griddle). Put biryani pot over it and cook for 5 minutes on high flame then reduce the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Switch off the gas. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fried paneer,red and green bell peppers and onion rings.
  11. Veg paneer biryani is ready. Serve hot with any raita of your choice.
