  3. Add water if required,add biryani masala and salt.Now gravy is ready.Now in big pan or cooker first layer arranged gravy then rice than fried onions,paneer and cashew.Make 3-4 layers to follow this.In last layer - Sprinkle saffron milk and coriander.Garnish with raw paneer. Add raisins too.
  4. Take a coal,heat it.Keep in silver foil and keep in biryani pan.Pour ghee immediately and cover with the lid.Cook till rice cooked ya give dum for 15 mins. Serve hot biryani along with raita.
