  1. In a cooker add 2 teaspoons of ghee, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 1 star anise, 2 cloves, 2 green cardamom. After a minutes put 2 onions chopped and 2 green chillies to them.
  2. Once the onions are roasted, add 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1tomato chopped to them. After the tomato gets fried add coriander and mint leaves.
  3. After 3 minutes add 3 teaspoon curd, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 2 teaspoon garam masala and stir them well. Then add water doubled to the amount of rice.
  4. Once the water is boiled add rice and salt as needed. Close the cooker. Keep the stove in low flame. After 2 whistles turn off the stove. The smell is awesome, delicious veg pulao is ready.
  5. I had mixed 1finely chopped onion with curd to make onion raita.It can be taken as a Sabji for pulao.
  6. I had taken 1/2 kg chicken cleaned and washed well. Now add 2 teaspoon curd, 2 teaspoon corn powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, salt and combine them well such that the chicken is coated with the masala. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, pour oil in a kadaai. Deep fry the chicken for about 3-5 minutes in medium flame.
