- Add 2cup water &cover it.When ever gravy is ready arrange the biryani.Take a heavy bottom pan add boild rice,than add egg greavy, sprinkle some biryani masala,than add another layer of rice.
- Now put ghee,mintleaves, rose water, kewra jal.Cover a lead.Heat a tava put the biryani pan press a hammer,cook 20 mints yo 30 mints on low medium flame.Egg biryani is ready to serve.Serve with Kachumbar.
