- Take 1/2 tbs Red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tbs Deggi mirch
- Prepare 1 tbs Garlic ginger paste
- Make ready 2 Green chilli finely chopped
- Make ready 1 spoon Kasuri methi
- Take as required Mint
- Take As required Coriander leaves chopped
The Biryani cooked with vegetables in Hyderabadi style is known as 'Hyderabadi Veg Biryani'. This hyderabadi veg biryani or hyderabadi vegetable biryani recipe is a slowly cooking method where the preferred vegetables are stir fried and mixed with all the spices to make a sabzi masala, mixed. Veg Biryani is a delicious and aromatic preparation of Rice, Vegetables and spices cooked in a traditional Hyderabadi Dum Biryani style. - For marinationTake cheese slices in a bowl add salt, 2 -3 spoon curd, 1/4 tbs turmeric powder, 1/4 tbs kasoori methi mix all ingredients well and keep it aside for half an hour
- Boil soaked rice in a pan, take water and boil it now add soaked rice, 1 tbs salt, cumin seed 1/2 tbs' 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves and 1 small piece, 1 small piece cinnamon and boil it until it cooked 85%
- Remove pan from heat and drain rice in a colander. You may add a teaspoon of ghee to the rice. Set aside.
- Take a big pan with heavy bottom add 3-4 tbs oil add bay leaf,green cardamom' 2 cloves, small cinnamon piece, cumin seeds, asafoetida and saute it well untill it becomes aromatic
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and saute it well untill it turns golden brown
- Now add all vegetables and saute it and you can also add soya chunks and fry it well now add tomatoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves and saute it until it turns aromatic now add curd in it.
- Add all the spices and mix it well add barista fried onion in it and again mix well
- Now add drained rice spread it evenly now add marinated cheese pieces and spread another layer of rice and lemon juice and desi ghee on side of the pot
- Now cover the pot with wet cloth and after that with a lid and do the flame slow.
- Cook it for 5 mins in steam at a low flame
- Check whether rice are properly cooked. If yes than fluff up the biryani with the serving spoon gently.
- Serve hot biryani to your family.
