- Take a bowl add all marination ingredients and mix it well. Phr iss mixture ko meat mein dal dein.
- Pyaz ko ko oil mein brown kar oss ka paste bana lein. Phr ye onion paste and ginger, garlic paste meat mein dal dein.
- Ab iss ko achi tarh sath sy mix kar ke 2 ganty ke liye cover kar ke rakh dein. (Overnight b rakh skty hn fridge mein)
- Rice ko 3 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sabat garammasala dal kar half boil kar lein.
- Ab aik patily (you can use mutti ki handi) mein marinate meat ki layer lagaen r opr lemon, green chilies and mint sprinkle karein r phr iss ke opr half boiled rice ki layer lagadein.
- Ab pani mein thora yellow clr dal ke mix karein r wo rice py dal dein r sath hi ghee b dal dein.. opr phr lemon, green chilies and mint sprinkle karein.
- Ab Patila ko Lid sy cover kar dein r corners py atty ki lai lagadein ta ke steam bahir na a sky. And 10 minutes medium flame py then 45 to 50 minutes low flame py dum py rakh dein.(total 1 hour)
