The ingredients needed to make Prawn Biryani:
- Get For rice
- Prepare 3 cup Basmati rice
- Get 2-3 cloves
- Make ready 3-4 Black pepper
- Make ready 1 inch cinnemon
- Prepare 1 cardamom
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Get 1 tbsp lemon juice/ vinegar
- Get 1 tbsp ghee
- Make ready For prawn Masala-
- Make ready 3 big chopped onion sliced
- Make ready 3 chopped tomatoes
- Make ready 1 bowl prawn
- Take 3 tbsp ginger garlic coriander stem paste
- Prepare 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Take 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1-2 inch cinnemon
- Prepare 2-3 Cardamom
- Get 2-4 Black pepper
- Make ready 3 tbsp oil
- Make ready 2 handful mint leaves
- Make ready 2 handful coriander leaves
- Take 1 bowl fried onion birasto
Steps to make Prawn Biryani:
- For rice- Take one big pot container add 8 to 10 glass water spices salt and keep boiling. Once water gets boil add rice and cook 50 to 70 % add 1 TSP oil and 1 tsp vinegar and strain it and take it in a colander.
- For prawn masala- take a pan/ cooker add oil once gets heat add Cardamom, cinnemon, cloves, green chili. Once it get splutter add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.. add chopped tomatoes ginger garlic paste dry red chilli masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder salt and mix it and saute add prawn and mix it and cook add 3 tbsp curd, 3 tbsp chopped coriander mint leaves and cook it for 10 min/ till 2 whistle
- Once pressure cools open the lid. And Check. Take one big pot vessel for placing rice prawn masala layer. Place half rice spread it now pour prawn masala over it sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves fried onion again place half of the rice over it… Again sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves fried onion. Prawn masaala will have little watery gravy so need not add water. If required pour one spatula water over rice… Add one tbsp of ghee over it in all sides and cook
- Cook in high flame for 10 Minutes and after place tawa under it and cook 10 minutes in low flame.
- Serve prawn Biryani with raita and salad….! Serve hot!
