  1. In a mixer grinder, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chillies, garlic cloves grind it and make a smooth paste. Remove it in a bowl.
  2. Blanch palak. Grind it and make a smooth paste.
  3. In a pan, add oil, onion paste let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add palak paste, cook it till oil separates.
  5. Add soaked rice,water, salt, kitchen king masala and colour.
  6. Let it cook till water gets dry.
  7. Remove Biryani in a bowl garnish it with roasted cashews and dried red chilli.
