- In boiling water, add the remaining spices and cook the rice until 3/4 done. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the ghee in a thick bottomed vessel and add meat mix and fry for 15 minutes. Then add rice over it and drizzle little ghee and saffron milk.
- Sprinkle fried-onion,mint&corriander leaves Over it.
- Cover with foil and a heavy lid and cook on dum for 40 minutes on low flame.
- Serve with raitha, and pickle.
