- Take another pan and deep fry 2 sliced onions and cashews till brown in color
- Now arrange the biryani in same manner and then add biryani essence and soaked saffron
- At the last place the fried onions and cashews
- Close the pan with a lid so that it's airtight and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes
- The biryani is ready to serve. Serve it with raita and salad
