  6. Put mutton pan on flame.Add half basmati rice to mutton.Add cream,green chillies,some fried rice and pour saffron milk over rice.
  7. Cover from remaining rice.
  8. Make a dough from wheat flour,seal the edges of pan,cover and cook on lowest flame for 9-10 minutes.
  9. Remove lid after 10 minutes.Garnish with fried onion and serve with salad raita.
