Instructions to make EGG Dum Biriyani:
  1. Clean and cut onion and tomato. Boil 4 eggs and keep aside. Oil fry 2 onions
  2. Pour oil in the pot in which you are going cook. Add bay leaf, garam masala, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and tomato saute well until it becomes mushy.
  3. Add the boiled eggs (make small cuts) in the gravy and cook for 2mins.Then add soaked rice without stirring add 1.5cups of water and required salt. Now close the lid and cook for 10mins until the rice is half cooked.
  4. Now open the lid and add the fried onions and garnish with mint leaves. Sprinkle 2tbspn of saffron milk and close the lid(should be closed without any open,also foil sheet can be spread to close tightly)and cook for 20mins in low flame.Now the Egg 🥚dum biriyani is ready to serve 🙂
