  7. After 1 min add 1cup of water and cover and keep it on low flame for 10 mins after gravy will be ready
  8. In thick bottom pan first put one layer of gravy one layer of rice and fried onion mint and 1/2 table spoon saffron water and repeat dis till rice and gravy are over
  9. Ready to serve.serve hot.
