- Assembling - - Now Take a quiet big pateela and start layering. - - *First pour all the chicken with masala and oil at the bottom and spread evenly. - *Sprinkle 1 Tb spoon Kewra water over chicken. - *Sprinkle jaifal and javitri powder. - *Strain soaked Aaloo Bukhara and spread over. - *Now cover all the lemon slices with dhanya podina. - Now Add all the rice. - Cover and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes. Then keep on dam for 20-30 minutes. Mix gently and serve hot with raita and salad.
