The ingredients needed to make Prawn Biryani:
  1. Take For rice
  2. Make ready Basmati rice
  3. Get cloves
  4. Make ready Black pepper
  5. Take cinnemon
  6. Prepare cardamom
  7. Make ready Salt
  8. Take lemon juice/ vinegar
  9. Get ghee
  10. Take For prawn Masala-
  11. Take big chopped onion sliced
  12. Take chopped tomatoes

  14. Prepare ginger garlic coriander stem paste
  15. Take Kashmiri red chilli powder
  16. Make ready coriander powder
  17. Prepare turmeric powder
  18. Make ready cinnemon
  19. Take Cardamom
  20. Prepare Black pepper
  21. Prepare oil
  22. Take mint leaves
  23. Prepare coriander leaves
  24. Take fried onion birasto
Instructions to make Prawn Biryani:
  1. For rice- Take one big pot container add 8 to 10 glass water spices salt and keep boiling. Once water gets boil add rice and cook 50 to 70 % add 1 TSP oil and 1 tsp vinegar and strain it and take it in a colander.
  2. For prawn masala- take a pan/ cooker add oil once gets heat add Cardamom, cinnemon, cloves, green chili. Once it get splutter add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.. add chopped tomatoes ginger garlic paste dry red chilli masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder salt and mix it and saute add prawn and mix it and cook add 3 tbsp curd, 3 tbsp chopped coriander mint leaves and cook it for 10 min/ till 2 whistle
  3. Once pressure cools open the lid. And Check. Take one big pot vessel for placing rice prawn masala layer. Place half rice spread it now pour prawn masala over it sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves fried onion again place half of the rice over it… Again sprinkle coriander leaves mint leaves fried onion. Prawn masaala will have little watery gravy so need not add water. If required pour one spatula water over rice… Add one tbsp of ghee over it in all sides and cook
  4. Cook in high flame for 10 Minutes and after place tawa under it and cook 10 minutes in low flame.
  5. Serve prawn Biryani with raita and salad….! Serve hot!
