Cook it for 5 mins. Sim the flame of gas and cover it for the next 15-20 mins till the masala is done. Keep stirring in between. Finally, add fried paneer pcs in it and mix it.
- Once the masala is done take out the half masala in a plate and put a layer of cooked rice on the top. Add a tsp of ghee kesar water, sprinkle biryani masala, coriander leaves mint leaves and fried onions on it then again spread a layer of vegetables and top it with rice and spread ghee,kesar water, biryani masala,. Coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried onions on it and cover it and seal it with aata and cook for few mins in sim flame.
- Since whatever we have added is already cooked so we don't need to cook for a long time just a few mins then switch off the gas and let it be like that only for 5 -10 mins after that u can serve it with raita or any curry.
