- Prepare Handful bunch of palak
- Prepare 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
- Get Pinch green colour

- Take 2-3 tbsp oil

- Prepare 3-4 garlic cloves
- Get 2-3 green chillies
- Get 1 small bowl of soaked rice

Steps to make Palak Biryani:
- In a mixer grinder, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chillies, garlic cloves grind it and make a smooth paste. Remove it in a bowl.
- Blanch palak. Grind it and make a smooth paste.
- In a pan, add oil, onion paste let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
- Add palak paste, cook it till oil separates.
- Add soaked rice,water, salt, kitchen king masala and colour.
- Let it cook till water gets dry.
- Remove Biryani in a bowl garnish it with roasted cashews and dried red chilli.
