  1. Each spice  prescribed in set 1 are ground to a  paste, separately  and kept aside.Now Saute the mustard seed in half cup of oil followed by half nos of cinnamon,clove and cardamon. Add the ground masala in set 1, one by one to the hot pan continuously stirring.Add enough salt, Now add the mutton marinated for 1 hour in salt pepper  and little curd.Finally add one cup curd to the above.When the mutton is fully cooked,add the cocunut,finely grated to the hot mutton and mix fully.Take out…
