Instructions to make Mutton Pilaw Biryani:
  1. First boil mutton with whole Garam masala, sliced onion, ginger garlic, dhanya powder, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, green Elaichi, bay leaves, green chillies, salt and haldi. - Once mutton is completely done add boiled potatoes, chilli powder, jeera powder, Garam masala, yoghurt, a pinch of sugar and crushed brown onions. Mix all together. Now add chopped coriander and mint.
  2. Now u can give charcoal Dum. - After this take a pot and first layer of half-boiled rice then mutton mixture then again some chopped coriander and mint and crushed brown onion. Then layer again remaining rice.
  3. Sprinkle some orange food colour,coriander,mint and brown onion. Melt 2 tbsp ghee and pour over rice. Sprinkle some water. Cover and cook on slow flame until done. - Serve hot with kachumbar and papad. 😊#Mubinarecipes
