  1. Get 1/2 kg Chicken/ Mutton/ Beef
  2. Get 3 cups rice
  3. Get 1/2 cup oil

  15. Take 3 cups water

Instructions to make Nani wali Biryani:
  1. Step1: In a pan add oil, sabut garam masale and onions, fry till onions are golden brown. Then add chicken (Mutton or beef) and fry for 15 mint on low flame. - Optional: remove some onions for decoration.
  2. Step2: In a grinder add garlic, ginger, sabut laal mirch and tomato with some water to make paste. After 15 minutes add this paste cover the pan cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. Step3: Now add yogurt, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, crushed cardamoms, cover the pan and cook for 1 hour. Add some water if required.
  4. Step4: Soak rice for 15 to 30 minutes. Drain rice water. After 1 hour add soaked rice 3 cups water and green chillies cover the pan and cook on medium to high flame till water is almost dry. (Optional Decorate with coriander leaves and fried onions which we kept for decoration). Reduce flame to low and place iron tawa, dum for 15 minutes
  5. Serve hot with raita.
