Steps to make Pulao Biryani:
  1. First add mutton, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, and 4 glass water.
  2. Now add onion and all the whole spices to make mutton yakhni. When meat tender strain yakhni and through all the whole spices.
  3. In a pan add oil and brown onion, now add mutton fry for a while. Now add potatoes, green chili, salt, aloo Bukhara, to cook when potatoes done add yougurt, Garam masala pwd, Jaifal jawatri pwd.
  4. Add strain mutton yakhni in masala, and salt and soaked rice. Cook on high flame for 5 mins, when water dries put them in dum.
  5. Last add kewra water with orange food colour. Sprinkle brown onion.
