- 1 cup oil mein bareek onion cut kar ke fry krain jab brown hojaye tw half onion nikaal lain ab isi oil mein Potato fry kar ke nikaal lain.Tomato ko bh Halka fry krain ab Ginger Garlic Paste aur beef daal kar bhoonain yahan tak ke beef gal jaye ab Yogurt mein Salt, Red Chillies Powder, Garam Masala, Zeera Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Star Anise, Aalu Bukhara daal kar mix krain aur half brown onion ko crush kar ke Green Chillies ko cut kar ke Yogurt mein mix kar ke beef mein daalain.
- Jab oil alag hojaye tw fried potato shamil kar ke mix krain.
- Rice mein Salt, Tez Paat, Daar Chini, Laung, Big Cardamom shamil kar ke boil krlain.
- Ab ek pateeli mein neechai thora Biryani ka Masala daalain phr boil Rice, phr salan, Mint Leaves, Tomato Slices, Lemon Slices, Green Coriander, Boil Rice daalain Brown Onion daalain phr akhir mein yellow food colour kewra water mein mix kar ke daal ke dam p rakh dain.
