- Cooking Method - 1- In a bowl add Rice, Water and soak for 30 minutes. - 2- In a cooking pot, add water, salt, cooking oil and soaked rice then boil the rice until 3/4th done. - 3- in another cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown.
- 4- Now add ginger garlic paste, chicken and fry for a while. - 5- Now, add garam masala, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, potato, yogurt, water and cook for 10 mints. - 6- Now, add dried plum, tomato, green chilli and cook for a while.
