Instructions to make Vegetable Biryani:
  1. In a pressure cooker pour ghee and oil. Add the ingredients to temper. Then add chopped onion and fry it.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder to the cooker.
  3. Now pour water in 1:2 ratio. For 1 cup of Basmati rice add 2 cups of water.
  4. Add the masala powders to it.
  5. Add the mint leaves. Then add the rice to it and mix well.
  6. (Optional) We can add soya chunks to it. Boil soya chunks in water and add it after rice is added.
  7. Pressure cook for only 2 whistles.
  8. Now the delicious vegetable biryani is ready to serve. Serve hot with raita.
