- When the veggies had cooked add tomato puree in it and stir it continously on medium flame.
- Then add Turmeric powder, salt and biryani masala and stir it very well.
- Turn off the flame and add curd in it and stir it.
- In a pan, take 1/4th of the gravy and then add half of the cooked rice and then half of the rest gravy and then cover with rest over cooked rice and at last add all the gravy.
- Cover the pan in very low flame for giving dum for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes and check the rice and serve it with your favourite raita and chutney.
